When you purchase products from F1 Genetics Seeds, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer. We will refund or exchange seeds returned to us within 14 days in original, sealed packaging.  Products purchased from another source, not in our sealed packaging, cannot be submitted for a claim of any nature. 

Shipping Policy

We work hard to ship out all US orders within 2-3 business days after receiving your payment. We typically use USPS postal service, but some orders may go out via UPS. Once your order ships, you should receive it within 2-5 business.

Important Note About Forwarding and Shipping Companies:

When you place an order, make sure to use your final destination as the delivery address. We'll discreetly package and send your order directly to you.

If you use a forwarding or shipping company, your seeds may be destroyed or removed. Orders to the USA, UK, or EU won't have stealth packaging, and once they're delivered by USPS, Royal Mail, or any other carrier, they're considered complete. Insurance on these orders will be void.

Orders suspected of using third-party shipping companies will be canceled, and we may block future orders from those customers.

PURPOSE

F1Genetics Seeds offers seeds solely as collectible, novelty souvenirs for customers 21 years of age or older. Visitors to our website must be 21 years of age or older and click on the age verify button before entering the website.  F1 Genetics LLC is not responsible for fraudulent age verification.

DRUG POLICY

F1 Genetics Seeds strongly discourages the possession, use, growth, or supply of any product deemed illegal.  The information made available on our website and literature is presented for educational purposes only.  

REGIONAL LAWS

By offering seeds, F1 Genetics Seeds assumes all seeds will be kept or used only within the confines of the laws in the customer’s region of residence. We strongly encourage all potential customers to inquire into and abide by their local laws.

F1 Genetics Seeds will not be held responsible in any way for shipments seized or intercepted during delivery to countries where their possession is not legal.

If we have reason to believe any customer will be using our products to germinate, plant or harvest flower, we reserve the right to refuse sale.
