When you purchase products from F1 Genetics Seeds, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer. We will refund or exchange seeds returned to us within 14 days in original, sealed packaging. Products purchased from another source, not in our sealed packaging, cannot be submitted for a claim of any nature.
US orders will be shipped within three (3) business days. All shipments are made via USPS priority mail to provide tracking unless otherwise selected and paid for by the purchaser. We will always make every effort to meet this schedule but cannot guarantee absolute adherence because of weather or other issues beyond our control.
PURPOSE
F1Genetics Seeds offers seeds solely as collectible, novelty souvenirs for customers 21 years of age or older. Visitors to our website must be 21 years of age or older and click on the age verify button before entering the website. F1 Genetics LLC is not responsible for fraudulent age verification.
